NOTE: If your student has an IEP; a meeting MUST be conducted before making a change of placement. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CASE MANAGER AT YOUR SCHOOL TO NOTIFY THEM.

Make sure the Intra District Transfer Form is attached.

Make sure the Harvest Grove Master Agreement and Best Interest Agreement are signed as well.

(PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY DATES ON THE MASTER AGREEMENT AS THEY NEED TO REFLECT WHEN THE STUDENT STARTS, THIS INCLUDES THE SIGNATURE DATE)

Once we receive your enrollment, you will receive a Welcome Letter by email, with the student's first date of the program, Teacher assignment, Teacher Links and schedules, and onboarding information to be viewed.

You will also get correspondence from your students' teachers, introducing themselves and providing any additional class information and a date and time for their onboarding session.

NOTE: Students at that time will need to return all textbooks and school Chromebooks (if applicable) to their school site. Once items are returned and confirmed, the student, if need be, will have the opportunity to come to the Harvest Grove Office to check out a Chromebook for their studies.
